About Me

Hi, I'm Isabella.

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, drawn to this work by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience and the deep desire to support others through their most tender seasons.

As a child, I was sensitive, observant, and keenly attuned to the world around me. At the time, I was taught — by culture, by school, and sometimes even by those around me — that these qualities were weaknesses. But through my own healing journey and the transformative power of therapy, I’ve come to recognize that these traits are profound strengths. Supporting others in reclaiming and honoring their sensitivity has become a passion and a calling.

My "formal" education began at UC Berkeley where I received my Bachelor's in Psychology and where the seeds of becoming a therapist were first planted. I attended graduate school at Saint Mary's College of California and hold a Master’s in Counseling with a dual specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy & Professional Clinical Counseling.

My clinical training took place Saint Mary’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) where I had the opportunity to support a diverse student population through brief psychodynamic therapy. In previous lives, I have worked extensively with children in educational settings and have supported youth in crisis stabilization.

I am deeply invested in the process of therapy and truly honored to be able to witness and accompany my clients on their journey of growth.
