The Path Forward Begins Within.
Integrative psychotherapy for deeper healing and lasting change.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
Starting therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown.
You don't have to have the right words, know where to begin, or arrive with everything figured out.
My hope is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, free to bring all parts of yourself, and empowered to move toward a more meaningful, compassionate, and connected life.

I'm Isabella. Thank you for finding your way here. I'm an integrative psychotherapist providing tele-health therapy to individuals and couples located within California.
I come to this work with a deep reverence for the human experience and the courage it takes to turn inward. As someone who is no stranger to the rocky terrain of the psyche, I know what it's like to feel lost, scared, and longing for relief. And yet, even amidst the chaos, there is wisdom, clarity, and calm that can always be found. This, I hold as a deep truth.
If you're carrying more than your heart knows what to do with, you don't have to carry it alone.
Welcome.
MY APPROACH
I believe therapy is a space to slow down, become curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and mind-body perspectives to help you make sense of your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with greater intention.
❋
Depth & Insight
I offer a warm, relational, and non-judgmental space where you can bring all parts of yourself to the therapy room. I come to this work with deep attunement and respect for your lived experience, meeting you with curiosity and compassion for whatever arises in the moment.
I believe there is great value in exploring our past—including childhood experiences and attachment relationships—to better understand how we’ve come to see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Together, we can make sense of the experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns that have shaped who you are, while creating space for new possibilities in how you relate to yourself and move through the world.
❋
Mind & Body
At times, we can find ourselves moving through life on autopilot—disconnected from ourselves, our surroundings, or the sense that we have a choice in how we respond to what’s happening around us. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and become more present with what is happening within you.
In our sessions, I may invite you to notice your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, helping you strengthen the connection between mind and body. With your permission, I may also incorporate gentle somatic practices such as body scans, interoceptive tracking, breathwork, pendulation, titration, and resourcing to support greater awareness, regulation, and a sense of safety within the body.
❋
Values & Meaning
Humans have a unique capacity to make meaning through the stories we tell about ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences. By exploring the language we use to understand ourselves and our lives, we can begin to notice which narratives empower us and which may keep us feeling stuck, overly critical, or disconnected from who we are.
Many of us move through familiar cycles, stress responses, and relationship patterns without fully realizing it. Together, we can explore where these patterns come from, how they may have once helped you navigate or protect yourself, and whether they still serve you today. By bringing greater awareness to these patterns, we can create space to re-author the stories we carry and make more intentional choices that feel authentic to who you are and who you want to become.
Areas of Focus
You may be moving through a season of life that feels heavier, more confusing, or more complicated than you expected. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply sensing that something needs to change. Together, we can explore what is beneath the surface to while developing practical ways to feel more grounded, self-assured, and at ease.
