Welcome.

I'm Isabella. Thank you for finding your way here. I'm an integrative psychotherapist providing tele-health therapy to individuals and couples located within California.
I come to this work with a deep reverence for the human experience and the courage it takes to turn inward. I am deeply passionate about supporting highly sensitive people (HSPs), and those navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, complicated family dynamics, and life transitions. As someone who is no stranger to the rocky terrain of the psyche, I know what it's like to feel lost, scared, and longing for relief. And yet, even amidst the chaos, there is wisdom, clarity, and peace that can always be found. This, I hold as a deep truth.

If you're carrying more than your heart knows what to do with, you don't have to carry it alone.

What happens in a session together?
Deep Listening
I offer a warm, relational, and non-judgmental space for you to bring all parts of you to the therapy room. I come to the this work with deep attunement and respect to whatever arises for you in the moment.
Exploring Attachment
I believe there is great value in exploring our past experiences, childhood, and attachment relationships to better understand how we've come to see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Therapy can help us make sense of our past experiences and significant relationships that have influenced who we are.
Naming Feelings
Sometimes it can be difficult to make sense of what we're feeling in the moment. Emotions may feel confusing, conflicting, or overwhelming. By putting words to our experience through metaphors, images, feeling words, or descriptive language, we begin to expand our emotional vocabulary and deepen our awareness of what is happening internally.
Identifying Patterns
Many of us find ourselves stuck in the same cycles, stress responses, and relationship dynamics without even realizing it. By identifying long-standing patterns, we can better understand where they came from and how they've helped you survive, all while creating space to make more intentional choices that align with who you want to be.
Deconstructing Narratives
Humans are unique in their ability to make meaning through storytelling. Examining the language that we use to speak to ourselves, about others, and describe our lived experience gives us insight into what narratives are self-limiting, critical, or harsh. By re-authoring the personal stories that shape our identities, we can begin to create a narrative for our lives that feels authentic, constructive, and compassionate.
Mindfulness
At times, we can find ourselves moving through life on "autopilot". We may feel disconnected from ourselves, our environment, or like life is happening to us. Therapy gives us the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and meet the present moment. During our sessions, I may invite you to bring awareness to your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in order to strengthen the relationship between the mind and body as well as the connection to the Self.

My Specialties
Details
Fees:
Individual Therapy - 50 minutes - $120
Couples Therapy - 75 minutes - $140
Sliding Scale:
I believe in accessible, quality mental health services for all. As part of my commitment to this, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces reserved for clients who are experiencing financial hardship and are struggling to make ends meet. These reduced-fee spaces are made possible by clients who are able to pay the full session fee, allowing me to extend access to those who may not otherwise be able to afford therapy. If you are wanting to start therapy, but are concerned about the financial commitment, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits, including reimbursement rates, deductibles, and eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee, with the exception of sessions rescheduled for the same week. This policy allows me to offer consistent availability to my clients and provide the time and attention each person deserves.
Good Faith Estimate
As part of the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of their mental health services. This estimate provides information about the anticipated cost of care so you can make informed decisions about your treatment.
Before beginning therapy, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected fees based on the frequency and duration of sessions we discuss. Please keep in mind that therapy is a collaborative process, and the length of treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and goals.
