​I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, drawn to this work by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience and the deep desire to support others through their most tender and transformative seasons.​

 

As a child, I was sensitive, quiet, observant, and keenly attuned to the world around me. These were qualities that I was taught were weaknesses, even by those closest around me. Through my own healing and the transformative power of therapy, I’ve come to understand them as profound strengths. Supporting others in reclaiming their sensitivity and reconnecting with their inner wisdom has become a calling.​​

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and my M.A. in Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California. I completed my clinical training at Saint Mary’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), where I worked with a diverse student population through a psychodynamic lens. My background also includes working with children in educational settings and supporting youth in crisis stabilization.

Beyond formal training, I draw inspiration from the natural world and its cycles of change, growth, and renewal. Outside the therapy space, you can find me reading, crafting, singing in community, pulling tarot cards, or attempting to finish The New York Times crossword.
