About Me
Hi, I'm Isabella.
I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, drawn to this work by a lifelong curiosity about the human experience and the deep desire to support others through their most tender and transformative seasons.

As a child, I was sensitive, observant, and keenly attuned to the world around me. At the time, I was taught by the dominant culture, school, and sometimes even by those closest around me that these qualities were weaknesses. But through my own healing journey and the transformative power of therapy, I’ve come to recognize that these traits are profound strengths. Supporting others in reclaiming and honoring their sensitivity and exiled parts has become a calling.

My "formal" education began at UC Berkeley where I studied psychology and the first seeds of becoming a therapist were planted. I completed my graduate studies at Saint Mary's College of California where I received my Master's in Counseling with honors. My clinical training took place at Saint Mary’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) where I had the opportunity to support a diverse student population through the explorative qualities of psychodynamic therapy. In previous lives, I have worked extensively with children in educational settings and have supported youth in crisis stabilization.
In addition to my schooling, I am constantly learning from the natural world around me, the ebb and flow of the seasons, and continuous cycles of death and rebirth. I believe that when we listen closely enough, what we gain from tapping into these natural rhythms is invaluable.

Outside of the therapy space, you may find me with my nose in a book, crafting and working with my hands, singing in community, pulling tarot cards, or furiously attempting to finish The New York Times crossword puzzle.

I am deeply invested in the process of therapy and truly honored to be able to witness and accompany my clients on their journey of growth.
