FAQs

How much is therapy?

Individual therapy is $120 per session for 50 minutes.

Couples therapy is $140 per session for 75 minutes.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your benefits.

How do I pay for therapy?

I use Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant payment platform. I accept credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you offer sliding scale?

I reserve a limited number of spaces in my practice for sliding-scale rates. These spaces are intended for those experiencing financial hardship or having difficulty making ends meet. The ability to offer these reduced rates is made possible by clients who are able to pay my full fee. If cost is a barrier to starting therapy, please don’t hesitate to reach out

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Are sessions in-person or via telehealth?

At this time, all sessions are conducted via telehealth.
