GRIEF COUNSELING

Grief touches us all in many, varied ways. There are multiple layers to loss which include the emotions, memories, internal and external changes that emerge when something or someone is no longer the same. Tending to grief is not about forgetting, letting go, or "moving on". Rather, it is about finding a way to carry what has mattered or impacted you while making space for life to continue unfolding.
