INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is an invitation to become more deeply acquainted with yourself.

I often think of therapy through the metaphor of Pandora's box. Rather than something to fear, it becomes a symbol of gently approaching what has long been hidden or ignored. We don't pry it open or rush the process. Instead, we create enough safety to become curious about what has been carried alone for so long—trusting that alongside pain, there is also meaning, resilience, and hope.

Healing begins not by fixing yourself, but by being deeply understood. Through the therapeutic relationship, we'll make space for greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a more authentic connection with yourself and others.
